Biography
Grace Mukwaya Lule is the Executive Director of Platform for Labour Action (PLA), leading the organization's mission to protect the rights of vulnerable and marginalized workers in Uganda. She also serves as Board Secretary. Under her leadership, PLA has grown into a nationally recognized civil society organization with significant impact across multiple districts.
