PLA's HIV/AIDS Prevention and Impact Mitigation program addresses the intersection of HIV/AIDS and labour rights. We work to reduce HIV vulnerability among workers, combat workplace discrimination, and support affected families with livelihood interventions.

Our Approach

Our approach combines workplace awareness campaigns, voluntary counselling and testing, anti-discrimination advocacy, and economic empowerment for people living with HIV. We focus particularly on informal sector workers who often lack access to workplace HIV programs.

Community Reach

Through community-based interventions and partnerships with health organizations, we have reached thousands of workers with HIV prevention messages and support services.
